Your Role
As the Podcast Executive Assistant Intern, you'll be the backbone of our operation, ensuring that our Founder & CEO can shine even brighter. Your role is like the conductor of an orchestra, orchestrating seamless harmony in the podcast's day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Office Maestro: Keep the podcast's operations in perfect tune by managing office tasks, supplies, and organisation. A tidy ship ensures smooth sailing.
Travel Virtuoso: Handle travel arrangements with flair, ensuring our CEO reaches every destination stress-free and on time.
Calendar Composer: Master the art of calendar management, scheduling meetings, interviews, and events like a virtuoso pianist crafting a masterpiece.
Document Virtuosity: Organise, catalog, and create reports and documents to keep our ship's records shipshape.
Call Conductor: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and direct them to the right destinations, just like a seasoned conductor guides each note to perfection.
Meeting Maven: Set the stage for productive meetings, coordinating schedules, sending invitations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
