Shipping Information

UK Shipping

Shipping to all 4 regions of the UK including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping

Shipping to Europe, the US and worldwide will be made by DHL or FedEx. Shipping times quoted below are approximate working days and may be shorter or longer depending on your exact location.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item MUST be in its original packaging.

• You WILL need to have proof of purchase.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• You will receive your refund within 7 to 10 working of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
